Terms of Service

Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) define the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between the company (hereinafter the “Company”) and users of the Company’s services (hereinafter the “Members”) regarding the use of chat and related services (hereinafter the “Services”) provided by the Company.

Article 2 (Definitions)

  1. Services: All related services accessible by Members via mobile devices, tablet PCs, and other telecommunications equipment.
  2. Member: Any individual who enters into a service use agreement with the Company and uses the Services provided by the Company.
  3. ID: A unique combination of letters and numbers chosen by a Member during registration for identification and use of the Services.
  4. Nickname: A substitute name used within the Services instead of the Member’s real name or ID.
  5. Member Information: Personal information requested and collected by the Company to provide the Services, including but not limited to name, gender, mobile number, date of birth, activity region, photos, body type, hobbies/interests, MBTI, etc.
  6. Content (Posts): Any text, documents, images (including profile/album photos), audio, video, links, files, or combinations thereof that a Member uploads or posts while using the Services.
  7. Main Photo: The primary photo displayed for a Member’s profile in the Services.
  8. Album Photos: Additional photos uploaded by the Member aside from the Main Photo.
  9. Paid Services: Various online digital content and related services that the Company provides for a fee.
  10. Points: A virtual currency that Members may purchase or earn as rewards for activities within the Services and use to access Paid Services.

Article 3 (Posting, Effect, and Amendment of Terms)

  1. These Terms take effect once posted within the Services or otherwise communicated to Members.
  2. The Company may amend these Terms to the extent that such amendments do not violate applicable laws.
  3. If the Company amends the Terms, it will state the effective date and reason for the changes and notify Members at least seven (7) days prior to enforcement.
  4. If Members do not express objection within thirty (30) days of notice and continue using the Services, they will be deemed to have agreed to the amended Terms.
  5. Members who do not agree to the amended Terms may stop using the Services and terminate the service agreement.
